In a “liquid”, or “non-surgical” rhinoplasty, a combination of Botox and facial fillers are injected to achieve the desired result without a scalpel. In the right candidate, a Liquid Rhinoplasty can even out irregularities along the bridge of the nose, make the nose appear straighter, raise the nasal bridge, or camouflage a dorsal hump on the profile view. Although you are technically adding volume with filler, the end result is often a nose that appears smaller and more refined.  The dorsal hump is composed of both bone and cartilage which must be shaved down in order to remove it. There is no other way then a surgical rhinoplasty procedure. For many examples  and more information, please  see the link and the video below

Sorry there's really no way to decrease or take away anatomical structures line the bony or cartilage portion of the nose without physically resecting them. Thus, you need a rhinoplasty. However, based on your limited pic, you don't need a whole lot done. Sorry! I wish there was a legitimate non surgical option, but there isn't.
