380cc silicon submuscular. Will they still change? Seems the breast tissue have dropped but not the implant. They seem too high for me and although softer than the first weeks, they still dont feel natural at all (side and bottom part feel firm) and they still hurt (bottom, side, nipples). I had a difference in aereolas but not as big as now, used to have slightly tubular breasts. I had cleavage before and now its hard to push them together. My ps said they’re ok and to not massage or use band. Their shape is weird, separated droopy and too firm
Answer: Yes, your implants should continue to “drop and fluff.” Congratulations on your breast augmentation. You should continue to see improvements in the position, shape and softness of your breasts as you continue to heal over the next weeks and months. Based on your photos, it looks like your breasts have not completely “dropped and fluffed” yet, which is not at all uncommon at this stage of recovery. It can take up to six months to see your final results after getting breast implants.

Answer: 2 months post-op will they drop and get softer and closer? Thank you for your question & pictures. Your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource when it comes to an accurate assessment of your situation, advice, predictions, and/or meaningful reassurance. Generally speaking, breast implants will "drop" into the pocket that was created during surgery and massaging the implants downward may assist in the dropping of the implants after surgery (for those patients who want to help with the settling of the implants). The rate of breast implant "settling" may depend on factors such as size of breast implant pocket dissected, tightness of the overlying skin/muscle layers, size of breast implant utilized, and concerns such as pre-existing breast asymmetry.Normally, it takes about 3-6 months (for some patients longer) to see the final result. It is very common for one side to settle faster than the other. Sometimes, one or both breasts implants do not settle as planned and revisionary breast surgery becomes necessary to improve the outcome. On other occasions, if the long-term breast asymmetry is mild ( understanding that absolute symmetry is very rarely achieved), patients will need to decide whether proceeding with revisionary breast surgery is worth the potential downsides associated with additional surgery. Again, best to follow your plastic surgeon for more specifics. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with long-term.

Answer: Implant dropping Dear nins34,dropping of implants is part of the healing process and this occurs after the tissues surrounding the implants slowly relax, allowing the implants to settle into their final position. It can take about four to six months for the implant to drop down to their final position.I understand that you are worried about your implants are not dropping as expected. However, you are still in the early phase of the recovery period. Please do allow some time for the healing process to occur. If after six months, you are not satisfied with the appearance of your breast, you can visit your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: Will they ever drop and feel softer? Will they ever drop and feel softer?Thank you very much for posting your questions and also your photographs! I do not believe that your breasts look weird at all. In the photos, your breast are very attractive, and full, and round. However, it is clear that your breast implants have not fully descended and this may be due to the relationship between your skin and soft tissues and the size of your breast implant. Bigger breast implants just simply take longer to drop. Techniques that help breast implants to drop could include daily massaging, the use of certain vitamins and supplements to soften up the tissue and reduce swelling, and going without a bra most of the day. Before trying any of these, I strongly suggest that you talk to your plastic surgeon, have an examination, and have them addressed your concerns and give you instructions on what you could do to improve the situation.Once again, congratulations and good luck!
