Developed lump 4 years post rhinoplasty - can this be treated with a revision? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty 4 years ago. It was fine but 1 year ago I developed a lump on the bridge and it is getting bigger over time. It feels hard like scar tissue. I’m scared it will keep getting bigger. What could it be? I cannot go back to my original surgeon, he is no longer practising. I’ve consulted with a couple of uk surgeons but they are not keen on taking on a revision from another surgeon.

Based on your photos, if you feel like your nose is too slopy, you can have a graft placed to make the bridges appear more straight. It is important to see a rhinoplasty expert who can do computer imaging to help determine a good plan before the surgery.
