Hello, I was born with a hemangioma that was very large and red in the center of my forehead. It lost its color and some size but an elevated circle remained. Around 12 a surgeon attempted to remove it but did not do a good job and there is still some mark and a surgical line. I am curious what the best option for removal is. I've heard some people say a laser would work and I've also heard another round of surgery
