4 passes with a CO2 laser 3 mo. ago. The atrophic traumatic scar from 2022 looks worse- swollen on the sides, lumpy in areas- now more pronounced with remaining redness. It was flat (with the linear indentation) prior to treatment and blended with my skin color. Can I use mederma? Do I have to wait 6 total, as suggested by the dr and literature I read on CO2 lasers? Is subscision a possibility to lift the scar? Can the skin be leveled again on both sides of the scar? Willing 2 travel for rt dr.
