Is a squeaking feeling in one breast normal when massaging pressure is applied? Does this mean the implant dropped?

Today I noticed a weird feeling, best described as a squeaking from my upper chest area when I press my nipple with a flat hand, causing the implant area to move/enlarge. It feels very weird.
