I am 5'4", 135lbs. Is 1200 cc per butt cheek a drastic change? 1 week post-op.

While I do think my shape has improved I only wanted a little bit of projection and a better shape. Around 60% of the fat will stay, which is still a lot of cc's per cheek. How can I ensure that less fat survives? I don't want to put pressure on it otherwise it could cause my butt to be a weird shape. If I don't eat a sufficient amount of calories during the healing period could it decrease the percent fat that will stay further? Please help. My hips and butt are huge for my frame.
