Does muscle break down fat? if I stop working out will I end up with a flat Butt again?

Transferred fat always behaves as though it were n its original location.  If you lose weight and it comes off the fat donor site it will also come off where it was transferred.  Direct muscle stimulation should not affect the fat  locally.
