It is entirely possible to have a limited rhinoplasty to just take down the nasal hump and leave the tip alone. It is your option and preference whether or not you want to change the way the tip looks or not. I have done many, many patients where we only address the dorsum or bridge of the nose...

Thanks for the question. Based on them you will need a rhinoplasty procedures. It can be performed under local anaesthesia and in one time. The recovery time will be in between 7-10 days. I wish you all the best.

The bridge of your nose is like an "A-Frame" roof top, and removing the bump may lead to widening, also called an "open roof". A month postoperative may be too soon to evaluate your nasal width. Certainly discuss your concerns with your rhinoplasty specialist to see what might be best for you...
