Based on your photos it seems that your right cheek is larger. What is exact reason for that needs to be evaluated. You should start with a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area. Imaging studies (MRI) may help to define the cause of deformity and develop appropriate plan of treatment. I have had several patients whose primary goal was to make the larger side the same size as the smaller cheek. Removing the buccal fat pad is one way to achieve that. It is very simple and would certainly reduce the size.
