What is this red dot one year after lip filler injection? (photos)

Hi there,I think it would be important to find out the type of filler you had injected.Once you know this info, you may consider trying a different filler next time as you may have a mild sensitivity to the product.Also, this looks like a broken capillary that may be from injection site.
