Best treatments for volume loss in my upper eyelid and discoloration around the eyes? (Photo)

Hello! I am wondering what treatment may suit me best. I had an orbital fracture repair done and it left me with a bit of volume loss in my upper eyelid . I also suffered from severe allergies where I rubbed my eyes aggressively. I am wondering which treatment would be best microneedling , PRF , laser , eyebrow lift or upper bleph on the one eye . Also , any advice for the discoloration around the eyes as well would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like you have wrinkles due to age related loss of skin elasticity and sun damage. Treatment options typically include Botox and or fillers.It may be difficult to get a definitive, curative treatment for this. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
