Age 25 - What kind of brow lift for brow ptosis?

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. I prefer the transcutaneous/trichophytic browlift for patients who have a normal hairline. I think this procedure has the least amount of relapse potential and does not raise the hairline. The incision is irregular and heals well. I sometimes use the CO2 laser to diminish any aspect of the incision after a few months.

Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift gives the best Browlift If performed by an experienced surgeon familiar with this technique. Their is no visible sca as hair grows thru the line. The eyebrow is a subcutaneous structure and I have found in your case it is best lifted with a subcutaneous or gliding brow lift. If you have very thick eyebrows a direct lift may be suitable as well, but typically I use a hairline incision. This allows me to shape the brow to a certain extent.
Some of the fullness could be related to upper lid skin or fat excess as well. A full upper lid is a youthful characteristic so you must be careful with hollowing this area.
