Brow lift or upper eyelid reduction - which would be better for me? (photos)

Question

Hello! I am 28 years old and I have droopy eye lids and a low brow bone. What do you think I would better suited to? Brow lift or upper eyelid reduction? I saw a surgeon today and he suggested I wait till I’m older but it really has an effect on me and I’d like to get it sorted sooner rather than later. Thanks

Hi apters93,

From your picture it looks like your brow is pressing down onto your upper eyelids.  Your drooping brow is also straight which gives a more masculine appearance.  I would consider a browlift before a blepharoplasty as the former can address the excess skin over your eyelids and the curvature of the brow.  Hope this helps

To give the eyebrows a nice lift, we use injectable fillers to improve the eyebrow, upper eye, forehead and temple. A filler is placed on the bone and in the fat pads of these areas to contour and lift without it looking overdone. We use cannulas to limit pain and swelling. I agree that you have reduced upper eyelid show, but without obvious excess skin.  A browlift Woukd give you a nice improvement, and coukd be safely done at your age.
