Eyelid and brow lift or dental implants first?

Eyelid and brow lifts may cause some forehead and periorbital swelling, and you'll want to avoid stress on your facial muscles.
Dental procedures often involve mouth opening, tension in the jaw, and swelling around the lower face, which can cause discomfort if done immediately after facial surgery.
Risk of Infection:
Oral surgery carries a higher bacterial load and infection risk due to the mouth’s natural flora.
It’s best not to risk contaminating a healing upper face incision site by performing oral surgeries too soon after.

In this case, from an aesthetic outcome standpoint, it does not matter. Dental implants are usually not done under general anesthesia-- but should it be in your case, let both providers know so they can counsel you on that.

I don’t think there is a definitive answer to your question. How about you ask your oral surgeon and plastic surgeon to come up with a plan so everyone is in the loop and happy, with no missed communications. Having said that, in general the more functional / necessary dental surgery would usually be performed first and the more cosmetic (elective) procedure would be performed after the dental issues are all resolved.
