I am considering of getting my first Asian rhinoplasty and I’d like it to be my one and only surgery. I am looking for a slight augmentation of my bridge and narrowing of my tip. Now, I am debating between going to a surgeon that does solid rib graft or DCF. Which one would last longer that possibly wouldn’t require a revision years later due to it’s known complications such as warping (solid rib graft) or resorption (DCF) considering surgical technique being done right?

Yes, I think you have a slight hump nose. Although the radix looks lower than ideal, you clearly have a convex bridge. If you are too self conscious about this matter, you can have your hump lowered, radix slightly raised and your tip can be slightly augmented. Thanks.
An alarplasty will improve the width of the nostrils, but your tip and bridge should also be addressed during surgery to maintain an attractive balance. Projecting the tip of your nose and making it slightly taller will make it appear smaller and more refined from the frontal view. #drdonyoo
