Which alarplasty procedure should I get to fix rounded nostrils? (photos)

I am an Asian female with a low nose bridge, short nose, rounded nostrils, and thick alarplasty skin. I plan to get a bridge augmentation surgery as well as short nose surgery, but I need help determining which alarplasty method will give me the results that I want.
