I had a lower blepharoplasty 3 years ago and not happy with the results and would like to do a revision. Left eyebag area has a deep tear trough and right eyebag area is puffy & with saggy skin (botched fat grafting) and so looks like I still have an eyebag there. What would you recommend in fixing this? Will skin pinching & fat grafting do the job?
