Totally curious. If someone is experiencing symptoms of ENS and received a diagnosis, would a revision rhinoplasty be able to fix empty nose syndrome? Or all these symptoms incurable?

If you are unhappy with the results a revision procedure will be needed. During your revisionary surgery your surgeon can address your concerns with the tip of your nose. The decision of undergoing surgery is a personal decision and of course as surgeons we can only make suggestions.

Hi @almostready18. Thank you for your photos. Steroid injections would not help to correct a deviation. Steroid injections are used to help reduce swelling of the tip area. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
