It will be one year since my revision rhinoplasty in 13 days. My nose seems crooked and too long for my face. It wasn't like this prior to revision. My surgeon say to go into the office to get steroid shots to treat the deviation but I'm not sure if worth it or if will have a satisfactory outcome. Should I opt for another revision? :/ last picture is before and after revision.

Thank you for your question. After rhinoplasty, scar contracture can cause the structure of the nose to change. I would recommend consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes in the revision rhinoplasty to discuss your concerns and goals. Best of luck!
