I had an open rhinoplasty almost 2 years ago (bump, deviation, dropping tip). Although I am quite happy with my frontal view, I am not satisfied with my profile. Nose looks over projected and tip is bulbous. Am I a good candidate for a revision or will the the risks outweigh the possible benefits? Thanks

Hi @almostready18. Thank you for your photos. Steroid injections would not help to correct a deviation. Steroid injections are used to help reduce swelling of the tip area. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
Microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for filling indentations after rhinoplasty. You are seeing these largely because you appear to have this nasal skin. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
