Can revision alarplasty correct excess width without causing alar retraction? (Photos)

Hi! I underwent a rhinoplasty and alarplasty ~8 months ago however, I am concerned about residual nostril width and some asymmetry especially when I smile. I am now considering a revision alarplasty but I am concerned of it causing my nostrils to retract. I plan to discuss with my surgeon but I would like to gather opinions from other professionals as well. The first image is my nose before, the second is after with a neutral expression, and the third is after while smiling. Thanks!
