Looking for non-invasive options beside a tummy tuck. Am I candidate for a reverse tummy tuck, BodyTite, or Renuvion? (photos)

A reverse tummy tuck entails a scar that traverses under each breast and extending between the breasts. This is not an ideal scar, and a well placed (very very low) standard incision with progressive tension sutures will accomplish the job. You may be a candidate for revision liposuction with additional Renuvion; the goal being to get a smoother distribution of fat (which looks like the primary issue) and some more skin tightening.

A second round of Renuvion may help but there is no guarantee unfortunately. A reverse tummy tuck would not be beneficial in your case. Some of that "lumpiness" may be pockets of missed fat like you said, but they also may be areas of contour irregularities--the most common risk after liposuction-- or even fat necrosis. Performing another round of liposuction with VASER and Renuvion may help you.

Nonsurgical options may be available however they tend to achieve unpredictable results that may not be as dramatic as you’d like. Lumps can be smoothed out with a full tummy tuck and liposuction, if necessary. If the lumps are caused by loose skin, or a combination of loose skin and fat, then a tummy tuck would be suitable. If the lumps are caused by fat alone, then liposuction would be suitable.

This is usually discussed at the consultation. Irregularities of the surface area after non-invasive body contouring procedures -are not uncommon. The best way to eliminate these irregularities -is with the surgical excision of the excess skin- which is tummy tuck

A standard tummy tuck is the only worthwhile option. Body tite will do nothing. The reverse tummy tuck also a poor idea

There are several types of radio frequency for skin tightening in the market place that may address your concerns. We have had some good success with Nu rea Tight. You may want to do some research on Radio Frequency.

Hi, the lumps you see are probably due to extra skin you have, specially in the upper part of your abdomen. I recommend Vaser liposuction to help with the irregularities, reverse tummy tuck to get rid of extra skin above your belly button and body tite to further tighten your skin all around. It is very difficult to predict the end result, but I believe this treatment takes care of what can be seen in your pictures.

For the most reliable results you will want to consider a tummy tuck. I would not recommend a reverse tummy tuck in your situation. I encourage you to visit a few board certified plastic surgeons in your area to hear varying opinions.

Please don't consider a reverse tummy tuck. You would do much better with the standard tuck instead. You could consider minimally invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency like ThermiTight or bodytite.
