Natural Asian rhinoplasty, is tip refinement & alarplasty without bridge augmentation possible?

Your nose has become short and upturned. You will need grafting in the tip area to improve the projection and achieve a downward movement. It can be accomplished with cartilage from ear or rib or nasal septum.
For the widening nostrils an alarplasty can be done at the same time.

You could certainly have those two things accomplished. They are standard rhinoplasty techniques that would work well in your situation
