I'm a guy who wants a more forward chin to line up with my nose and mouth. It seems that a lot of people choose the chin implant route but fat grafting seems to be equally effective and permanent. Can you use fat grafting for a more forward chin? Why do more people seem to prefer a chin implant even though fat grafting is permanent and has quicker recovery (especially in the face)?
