I had v line surgery in 2005, with liposuction under my jaw line, and some masseter muscle removed. My chin was shortened and brought forward. The surgery and its results were not explained to me well, and I thought that I was agreeing to something else. My face went from round/convex to concave/narrow. Time has definitely made it worse, and gaunt. Paper towels in my mouth somewhat make me look like I used to, before the surgery. Could this be achieved with fat graft/transfer?

Hello there,
To augment the brow area you can get a filler or fat transfer done. Both are non invasive techniques. Filler is temporary result for 1 to 2 years. Fat transfer is permanent but its a staged procedure. Meet a board certified plastic surgeon for the best care. Hope this helps.
