Hi, I had morpheus treatment that completely melted my face and then did facial fat grafting! The surgeon placed about 70 ml of fat on my entire face. The fat was not centrifuged. I am almost 2 months post op. My face is gigantesque and no shape at all. My face shape changed drastically and look like a balloon with hollow under eyes because of the fat placed on eyebrows and not eyelid as well. What should I do please? Treating fat loss after radio frequency treatment is not an interviewable position.

It is a very challenging procedure that is never going to restore someone exactly the way they were prior to the incident that caused the fat loss.

Grafting fat is by its very nature unpredictable fickle imprecise and can be unforgiving.

Fat grafted survives based on the abundance or lack there of of host tissue and the thickness of soft tissue to graft into varies hugely in the face over olny  short distances.

For example below the lower eyelids the soft tissue thickness may only be 2 mm and adjacent in the cheek it can be 12 mm.

It’s best done with conservative grafting gradually building up the tissue overtime waiting at least six months between treatments.

These are very difficult procedures.
