Is fat grafting a good option for permanently augmenting the brow bone?

To augment the brow area you can get a filler or fat transfer done. Both are non invasive techniques. Filler is temporary result for 1 to 2 years. Fat transfer is permanent but its a staged procedure. Meet a board certified plastic surgeon for the best care. Hope this helps.

Although augmentation of bones can be achieved with different tissue fillers, including permanent ones, it seems that augmentation/shaping with patient own tissue by means of fat grafts is most acceptable in the long run. In some cases, additional volume may need to be injected to achieve symmetry and desired volume. good luck.

While fat grafting is always an option for ant facial augmentation area, it works better for some areas than others....and if the results are undesirable it is very difficult to ever reverse. Periorbital rim augmentation, particularly that of the superior and lateral orbital rim, is not one of the favorable areas for injectable fat grafting.

Augmenting your forehead is probably going to make you look more like you have a big forehead than having sunken eyes.

There is a procedure for setting the eyeball further back in the eyeball socket by reducing fat around the eyeball.

Facial aesthetics are not quite as simplistic.

It’s generally better to treat the primary problem.

Fat transfer it’s probably not a very good way of augmenting bone structure around the eyes.
