Could discomfort/pressure in nose after revision rhinoplasty be result of grafts?

Hello and thank you for your question. Photographs would be very helpful here. The overall feeling may improve with time as the swelling continues to decrease. However, the sense of overprotection and tip asymmetry will likely not improve and may even worsen with time. You may want to consider revision options. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

A good ENT can determine whether in fact your symptoms have anything to do with your sinuses, or the problem is all in your nose, which is what I suspect. Sounds like you had a complicated revision, but it's a shame that your nose is still too big in a few dimensions. Sounds like you might be looking at a revision eventually, and you need it to be your last nose operation. Please try to do an excellent job in selecting a surgeon.
