Capsulectomy after explant - Is it possible for a plastic surgeon to remove 2 week old capsules?

Had implants for two weeks. Removed them under local with same PS. PS refused to remove the capsule as he mentioned they where to thin. Removed implants because I felt unwell. I continue to have this burning sensation in back, chest, ears, face and head pressure with sinuses pressure that’s doesn’t go away: my implants where over the muscle. Is it possible for a PS to remove 2 week old capsule ?
