Implant Removal - Does lowered crease get reinstated? (Photo)

I had very constricted AA breasts. My creases were lowered 2.5" approximately to accomodate 425 cc silicone under the muscle. The tissue was scored around the entire breast. If I have a full capsulectomy, will the area that is currently "underboob" be sewn back to my chest wall? Or should it NOT be to give me better chances at at least having some normal "round" breasts?
