Hello everyone, My implants are at 6 months and it the right hasn’t dropped. I was told to massage more aggressively. Will my right drop? Should I continue wearing the band? I didn’t feel it make a difference. All advice is much appreciated. Thank you They’re silicone high profile implants… one is 350 the other 375.

Answer: High Riding Implant Good morning, After six months it is unlikely that your implant will drop any further- I would suggest a capsulotomy of the lower pole surgically to release it and allow it to drop and fluff properly.

Answer: Implant dropping Thanks for your photos and question. At 6 months post op, it is unlikely that the implant position is going to significantly change. Without an exam, it is impossible to tell whether it is a matter of the pocket needing revision to lower the implant, or if it is a case of capsular contracture. I recommend you speaking to your surgeon about your concerns, and possibly getting a second opinion if needed. Best regards. Dr Deboni @drdeboni
