Alternatives to surgical breast augmentation?

Hello, I would like to know about non-invasive alternatives to breast augmentation. I am not interested in silicone implants or fat transfer. I’d be okay with half a cup enhancement, nothing major, a slight upper pole volume. I’ve had lanluma bbl and was very happy with the results (twice two vials) and was wanting something similar for the breasts.

Hello and thank you for your question. Implants and fat grafting are certainly "tried and true" methods of breast augmentation that have proven to be safe and effective for many patients, although they do have risks inherent of any invasive procedure as well as downtime and maintenance considerations

Right now, the only other method of breast augmentation which I would personally refer patients to look to would be the BRAVA (now EveBra) device, which is essentially a negative pressure/suction bra that, when worn over months, can stimulate tissue augmentation through chronic swelling. There are downsides to consider with this route (skin irritations, discomfort with the protocol/length of time to wear this device) and augmentation gains are more modest compared to implants. I would not personally recommend any dermal/other injectable fillers for breast augmentation as there is not good research data behind this.

unfortunately there are no non-surgical methods for permanent breast augmentation. At the moment, you have options to get fat transfer or implants. Injections will cost too much and the results will be temporary.

Except for weight gain, there is no permanent alternative to enlarging breasts without surgery. None of the fillers will be permanent. Even fat transfers may not be permanent.  Plus, using fillers will be very expensive.

There currently is not a nonsurgical breast augmentation available. The best and most predictable outcomes are from breast implants.  If you are interested see a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.
