I would encourage you to visit a medical professional specializing in hair loss. There are some aspects of your question that concern me that you may not have all the key facts. Miniaturization does not stop and continues forever in a patient with AGA who does nt use treatment. In a patient with AGA who does use treatment, there is a good possibility this can be stopped to some degree at least. I would urge you to speak with a professional and figure out if any non surgical options should also be brought into the plan at this point. Surgery may be a good option but I can’t say without seeing photos. It’s not a good option for everyone.
