From this one very limited photograph, it appears that you have a recessive chin profile, therefore a chin implant would be helpful for better facial balance, and proportions in addition to better structural support the soft tissues in your neck. Because of the recessive chin, you have fat deposits, located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. Liposuction alone will be minimally ineffective because it will only remove the fat compartments above the muscle. A surgical neck lift procedure is required to remove the fat deposits below the muscle, which also includes a plasma plasty to significantly improve your jawline
