I have gotten kybella at several different locations. Each time the practitioner injects a small amount of lidocaine mixed with hyaluronidase before injecting the kybella. I have never had filler in any areas near where I am receiving kybella. When I asked why hyaluronidase was used I was told it can help to dissolve the fat more evenly and efficiently when combined with kybella. Is this true?
