Is 20ccs of fat to the chin a lot?

The doctor recommends putting fat into my chin and jawline near my chin. I've mentioned that I don't want a round look and want a defined chin. He's reassured me that putting fat in the jowls area near the chin won't make my face round. Is this true? Is 20ccs of fat to the chin area a lot for a young guy?

Thank you for the photos. For the most part, you look pretty balanced. The nostril can use a rim graft, and conservative fat transfer to the zygomatic arch and under the eyes and temples can give you a more "model-esque" face, but these are fine points.

Previous Ultherapy should have any effect on fat grafting since the fat is in deeper layers. Ultherapy targets superficial layers, fat grafts are typically a bit deeper.
