I am 42 years old and have had facial filler several times. My treatment specialist suggested this may be the next best step for me to help me produce my OWN collagen and lift my brows and jawline. They think I will benefit from ONE treatment, but I have read often 2 or more are necessary to see results. I would not be able to afford multiples at this price point. You have several options. Longest lasting is ok, unless you don't like the results, in which case it is long lasting. Any filler in the tear troughs will last a long time, usually 1-2 years, but sometimes even longer. Juvederm ultra plus and Restylane lyft are nice options for the nasolabial...
I believe fillers are the best treatment option for your nasolabial folds. I would consider filler injection to the cheeks and nasolabial folds for optimal results. You could consider Sculptra for a longer lasting result. HA fillers should last 9-12 months.
