Is the Scarlet RF treatment with PRP worth the $2K price tag? Do patients see results in just ONE treatment?

I am 42 years old and have had facial filler several times. My treatment specialist suggested this may be the next best step for me to help me produce my OWN collagen and lift my brows and jawline. They think I will benefit from ONE treatment, but I have read often 2 or more are necessary to see results. I would not be able to afford multiples at this price point. Looking for professional advice and opinions before scheduling the treatment. Thank you!

For facial rejuvenation I would suggest a combination approach of :1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel, Viva, Co2/Erbium4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at restBest, Dr. Emer.

I have seen excellent results in my patients utilizing RF Microneedling for skin rejuvenation and skin tightening. These treatments do require a series to achieve best results. We utilize the Vivace RF Microneedling device in our clinic and typically recommend a series of 3-5 treatments for best results. I find that single treatments with most skin rejuvenation devices - be it RF Microneedling or laser skin resurfacing - are not enough to see meaningful clinical results. Personally, I am not a proponent of PRP for use with these treatments. I feel that the science isn't strong enough yet and there isn't a clear benefit to my patients for its use, which is why I don't offer it in my clinic. I feel that the device treatment is giving the most benefit in these situations, rather than the PRP.

I do like microneedling RF as a treatment. It does stimulate collagen production as well as help with uneven skin texture. Many patients do need multiple treatments for optimal results.
