Hello, thank you for your question and photos. Did your surgeon do liposuction along with the tummy tuck? Almost looks like unevenness or wrinkling liposuction could give you. Is there areas of stretch marks on your upper abdomen? This could also be what you are seeing if there is some there. Do some research in your area to see who is experienced with skin tighting technologies. You might get some improvement with a technology as that, such as Venus legacy.

This is an abnormality. It may be possible to do a breast lift to take in the slack skin. The breast lift technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. This will pull up the upper abdomen and may get rid of the wrinkles.

It appears you had aggressive liposuction of your upper abdomen and a mini tuck. Sculptra injections or fat might be helpful.

I don’t like the term mommy makeover because it is inherently nondescriptive.
It generally entails a tummy tuck with some type of breast surgery.
To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see quality before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then I suggest you contact your provider and ask them to forward the pictures they took. It looks to me like you had poorly done Liposuction, which is irreversible.
Delivering consistent quality, liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize.
I cannot emphasize enough the importance of provider selection before committing to having permanent irreversible surgical procedures.
Some improvements may be possible. To get an accurate assessment and to give you quality information regarding what can or cannot be achieved, you will need in person assessments, including before and after pictures and a copy of your previous operative report.

Work is many times more difficult than primary Liposuction, and any attempts at improving your outcome can easily make things worse.

Your providers approach to the outcome is unfortunate, but is probably based on their lack of skill with the procedure you had.
You may want to write a few honest and professional reviews about your experience warning, other patients not to have the same procedure with that provider.
