Can you surgically shift fat from lower cheek to upper cheek dent from under the skin? (fat 'injections' don't work) (photo)

I have two areas of dents in my left cheek, from Exillis RF treatments that killed fat. Normal fat injections from lipo (even w/ subcision) only created donut effect due to scarring. Done years ago. Good news: During lower eyelid blepharoplasty, doctor shifted a fat mass over - it survived. Months later, I got talked into Infini RF -- it killed the fat & my dent came back. Can you surgically shift extra fat from my lower cheek to upper cheek dent from under the skin? (not fat 'injections').

I wouldn’t bother with the hyperbaric oxygen unless it’s free. I don’t know why a surgeon would recommend this.
