19F. My face is very chubby and looks round. My face shape (the moon-like look) is so unflattering to me. What are some procedures I could do to get a chiseled look? What are some things that could improve my face overall? Im tired of feeling so ugly.

Be Careful with male buccal. You might be a candidate for it. However, I would do a conservative reduction since being too aggressive can feminize the face or make it look hollow
