Hi Doctors! I got buccal fat removal earlier this year and feel like it made my face a bit too thin. My surgeon said they removed it all and I was curious if there is a way to restore some of the fullness/plumpness to my face again? I’m 23 and nervous about how “sunken” my cheeks may look in the next few years. Are there any permanent ways to fix this? Have any of you performed such a reconstructive procedure? Is fat grafting my best bet? I would love any suggestions!

Hi. According to your photo , I suggest to do buccal fat removal to make your cheek smaller especially when you smile and this can prevent a jowl in the future.
Furthermore, Double chin liposuction with necktite can correct your double chin and make your jawline defined.
