I have been suffering from rosacea subtype 1 for a few years now and it has drastically decreased my self-esteem and self-confidence. I have had 5 IPLs, and my dermatologist agrees that they have had very little effect. This is strange because my dilated blood vessels are close to the surface and blanche very easily when I press on my skin. I am currently on oral and topical antibiotics. I am aware of PDL but are there any other treatments you think could be effective? Thank you.
