If yes, what part of face is it good for? Any side effects? How can it be compared with more ordinary treatments?
Answer: RPR rapid plasma As far as I know RPR (Rapid Plasma Reagin) is a syphilis test. Did you mean PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)? PRP is a great treatment for using your own body's healing powers to rejuvenate skin. It works very well in amplifying the results of traditional facial rejuvenation treatments such as lasers and micro needling.

Answer: PRP for rejuvenation PRP improves texture, color and volume. It can help the entire face from giving a brow lift, improving sunken or baggy eyes, flattened cheeks, smile lines, marionette lines, irregular jawline and crepey neck skin, scars from trauma or surgery, stretch marks, aging hands and more. It can be combined with filler, radiofrequency or microneedling. You can find a doctor online licensed and certified to perform the procedures.

Answer: I believe you may be referring to PRP (platelet rich plasma) PRP is a natural way to rejuvenate the skin by using a component of the patient's own blood to stimulate collagen production. It can be combined with facial rejuvenation techniques such as micro-needling and Fractora, or injected directly to improve skin texture, reduce facial wrinkles and scars, as well as promote hair growth on the scalp! Think of it as a complimentary treatment to the "more ordinary " ones rather than a substitute. PRP has common side effects associated with needle injections.

Answer: PRP and rejuvenation. To answer your questions-1. Any area of your face, including around your eyes 2. Side effect are minimal, bruising from harvesting your own blood if a vein is traumatised 3. You can not compare PRP with other treatments such as fillers, Botox, thread lifts, peptides, growth factors. Why? Because everyone has a unique set of concerns. I use PRP to aid in laser resurfacing or microneedling as it promotes wound healing and can markedly shorten 'downtime'. As a stand alone procedure such as PRP injections, results are not predictable. PRP best used in combination treatments. All the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
