I want to get done my smartlipo in 2 weeks, my current weight is 180 but I don't know if would be a good idea to try to lose a few pounds before my procedure or if it wouldn't make any difference? Because I am considering to move the date of my lipo if the losing weight would be worth it before the lipo.

Lipo might remove a few pounds, but it is not a weight loss strategy. Achieving a contoured look through lipo takes far less fat reduction than that required to reduce the same areas by dieting. Since you asked however, 480mL of lipo fat weighs one pound.
