Answer: Weight Great question, unfortunately fat does not weigh that much. People lose weight from diet and exercise Liposuction can contour the body but does not actually cause weight loss. That being said most people love the results and really take their bodies took the next level!

Answer: What Does Fat Weigh Everyone's fat cell weighs different, and its hard to estimate melted fat which is mixed with fluid, but on an average 4 to 5 lbs.
