Hi, I am seriously considering sculpsure for my arms/triceps but I have a question ... are the plates suppose to go vertical or horizontal? Which will give you better results for the saggy part of your arm? Thank you.

Answer: Sculpsure for Arms Hi thank you for your question. The placing of the plates will depend upon where you have the most fat tissue and the desired treatment area. It is possible you may need more than one session of sculpsure to cover the whole upper arm as the machine comes with 4 applicators and 2 on each side may not cover the whole desired area. Sculpsure is an excellent treatment to destroy fat cells and although there can sometimes be a side effect of skin tightening as well, you may want to consider skin tightening treatments afterwards such as Thermismooth. Best of luck!

Answer: Liposuction for arms Hello, Depends what you expect out of the treatment. Before you invest in having sculpsure, may want to find out what you would get. IN most circumstances the results may not be as significant as you may desire. Liposuction under local anesthesia may be another option to improve the arms. Best
