Sculpture on outer chest for male - Is it safe for men to have on the outer chest area?

Are you trying to treat gynecomastia on your chest or something else?  If it is for gynecomastia, the area that is normally treated is curved, and the SculpSure applicators are straight across, so I find it doesn't work well in that area.  I have used CoolSculpting for male breasts and that can work well.  If you are trying to treat another part of the breast, a SculpSure applicator might fit, but you would need to be examined to determine that.  I think both SculpSure and CoolSculpting can be safe for the male breast when performed correctly.

Yes! SculpSure is a very effective treatment for the fat in the area at the outer chest, whether male or female.  It is very dependent upon each individual’s anatomy, however.  You should have a consultation with an experienced provider to decide if this would be a good treatment for you! 

Sculpsure will decrease the fat in the treated area. on your lateral chest, you likely have fat. however, if it is over your breast area, then it is more likely that a lot of the fullness is due to fibrous or glandular tissue which will NOT be affected by Sculpsure (or liposuction etc). if it is fat, then you should plan at least two sessions, done 6 weeks apart. i always stress to my patients, that Sculpsure is helpful but not a miracle and that you will enhance the final results if you do a diet which will decrease your body fat (see my web site blogs for some suggestions on intermittent fasting and my ketone supplements.)david berman md
