Hi, I have bad scars and discoloration left from acne. I understand many doctors are skeptical about performing microneedling on patients on Accutane, but I understand from reading medical journals that it is safe. However, I still want to take precautions and choose an appropriate needle length since to my understanding, Accutane thins the skin. I wanted to ask, what depth do you recommend? I was thinking 1.5 mm? I did tons of research; I also hoping to do some subcision too. I'm on 40 mg daily.
