In 11/2017, I had 16 yo 330cc saline implants removed & replaced w/Natrelle 140cc implants. I love my new breasts but have been left w/stretched out skin at the bra line that bulges out of bras, swimsuits, tops. I am 5'0, 105lbs, in great shape. Attached photo is current. I've consulted w/PS & was told the bulge is not fat but excess skin. I have considered skin removal surgery but don't want resulting scar. Are there effective nonsurgical methods for my case, like J-Plasma/Renuvion, or others?

Answer: Loose skin tightening Thank you for your question. It’s always difficult to assess without performing the physical exam as clothing can make things appear worse or better than they truly are. With that said based on what I see in the picture you would probably need surgery for this. There are certainly Options to tighten this but you would likely need a multimodal approach. Ie one modality to target superficial tightening and another to target deeper. Furthermore, non surgical treatments would make subsequent surgery harder - should you choose to pursue that option later. There are no radiofrequency machines that have shown superiority to the others in a head to head trial, but ones that actually go inside with needles (profound) or probes (bodytite). Regardless of the option you choose all of these machine have shown significant variation among the actual operator of the machines. As such I would highly recommend that you see and aesthetic board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon that has experience with non invasive procedures
